By accessing or using Doc24 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Doc24 is operated as a sole proprietorship. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of the platform including Patients, Doctors, and Receptionists.

Doc24 is an online platform that enables patients to search for doctors, book appointments, and manage their healthcare interactions. Doctors can manage their availability, appointments, and patient prescriptions. Receptionists can manage appointments on behalf of a clinic. Doc24 is a technology platform only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions are the sole responsibility of the registered healthcare professionals on the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Doc24. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Doctors registering on Doc24 must hold a valid medical registration as required under applicable Indian law. Doc24 reserves the right to verify credentials and suspend or remove accounts that do not meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration. • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others. • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. • Not create multiple accounts for the same individual or impersonate another person. Doc24 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

Doc24 facilitates the booking of appointments between patients and doctors. The platform does not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any medical consultation. • Patients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments or cancelling within a reasonable time. • Doctors are responsible for managing their availability accurately on the platform. • Doc24 does not mediate disputes between patients and doctors arising from appointments, cancellations, or medical outcomes.

Nothing on Doc24 constitutes medical advice. The platform is a scheduling and communication tool only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for any medical condition. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or accessed through Doc24. In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Doc24 does not currently process any payments through the platform. Any fee arrangements between patients and doctors are entirely between those parties and are outside the scope of Doc24's responsibility. This may change in the future, in which case updated terms will be provided.

You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law. • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems. • Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform. • Use automated scripts or bots to access or interact with the platform. • Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or professional status. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content, design, code, and materials on Doc24 are the property of the platform operator and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doc24 and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Doc24's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Doc24 in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, as no payments are currently processed, would be zero).

Doc24 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Doc24 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India. By using Doc24, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for the resolution of any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Doc24 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
